Delivery & Returns

Custom items and candles that have been used are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Packaged, non-candle, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase providing they have not been opened/used. Clothing can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase in original unworn condition. All requests for returns or exchanges require the item to be in its original condition at time of sale. If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14-days of receipt for a potential replacement of the exact same item or item of equal value. If approved, you will only be responsible for shipping costs. Understand that items may not be replaced, remade, or refunded that are lost or stolen or in transit.
